Founder of Yoga Bliss, The Big Squeezy and Matsko Music, Kim began her practice of yoga in NYC during the 1990's, with David Life of Jivamukti Yoga.  Her first teaching certificates are credited to Maureen Bosker of Yoga In The Woods and Kathy McNames of Yoga Vermont.  She also had the great opportunity to study with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, founder of the Ashtanga Yoga System.


Kim has been teaching classes, workshops and retreats since 2000 worldwide, and leads the Yoga Bliss training school to certify new teachers through Yoga Alliance.  She continues to study, travel and teach with master teacher Siddhi Ellinghoven (siddhisyoga.com) and is currently studying the science of yoga and meditation with NY Times best selling author and neuroscientist, Dr. Joe Dispenza.

Kim teaches yoga from the simple platform to inspire everyone to be the best version of themselves off the mat, which in turn makes the world a better place.

Michelle Boullion

Teacher, E-RYT 200, RYT 500

Michelle possesses a Ph.D. in Human Resource Education and Workforce Development from Louisiana State University, a Masters of Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University and a Bachelor’s in Speech Communication from Louisiana State University. Michelle is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and has over 15 years of professional work experience in the field of Human Resources. Michelle’s research work on disaster management of human resources and workplace implications resulting from disaster was published in 2007. Michelle has taught Leadership, Employment Law, Diversity, Human Resource Management, Needs Assessment and, Principles of Management courses at Louisiana State University and Southeastern Louisiana University. In addition to her professional work and teaching in Human Resources, Michelle is also an ERYT-Experienced Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, a PhysicalMind Institute Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, an AFAA Group Fitness Bootcamp Instructor, a Certified Gold Level PiYo Instructor, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a former Lululemon Fitness Ambassador. Through her fitness and wellness consulting Michelle has taught in national fitness and wellness events and has trained athletes in preparation for events such as the NFL Combine, Pro Day and qualifying golf tournaments. Michelle has experience as an entrepreneur through owning and operating her own human resources consulting firm as well as through the ownership and operation of a fitness and yoga studio. Michelle currently serves as the Associate Director for Executive Education within the Stephenson Entrepreneurship Institute in the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University.

In my early 20s I found myself living in a diverse transitioning neighborhood in DC; in an old row house building with a local yoga studio on the floor below me.  Yoga District had no mirrors, no swag, + no frills.  The people were much more knowledgeable, anchored, and badass than myself.  I was hooked.

I swept the floors to start, in 2010 graduated with my 200 hour certification and started teaching, and I’ve been teaching since.  My first class was an early morning one - typically myself and only one student - both tentatively finding ourselves together.  We grew and evolved, and I have learned from many students and teachers since then; as well as my personal home practices.  Since then, I have earned by "E" (experienced) by teaching over 1,000 hours, and completed my 300 hour training with Authentic Movements. 

But I hang onto the honest and humble energy I found at that first studio.  I strive to create it’s authenticity in my classes - a space for supported playfulness that allows each unique spirit to surface.

John Eeds

Teacher, RYT 200

John started teaching yoga after retiring from a career as a mechanical engineer. He is a certified yoga teacher and has studied primarily in vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga styles.

Alison McGehee

Teacher, E-RYT 200

Alison has had a blast leading vinyasa yoga classes since 2008! ” I still pinch myself… I have the greatest job in the world!” She earned her yoga certification through Yoga Steps Centre for Advanced Yoga Studies and is also certified to teach pre-natal yoga. She is a Reiki Shodun and has experience with Thai yoga but will never be done learning and seeking! She has three amazing children, a Dachsund and a bad-ass black cat.

Alison is grateful for the opportunity to be able to share her “yoga-geekiness” with her students and for all that she learns from what they share with her.  She aims to help cultivate strength, awareness, and a connection to “something greater”  in her students by leading a light-hearted, meaningful class that feels accessible to everyone.

Charlotte Andrews

Teacher, E-RYT 200

Charlotte Andrews is a lawyer by day, yoga teacher/mom by night. Charlotte began practicing yoga in 2010, initially as a means of coping with stress. After several years of regular practice, participating in yoga retreats, and spending countless hours reading about all thing yoga, Charlotte completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Spring 2013 with Kim Matsko of Yoga Bliss.  Thereafter, Charlotte was drawn to the healing benefits of restorative yoga and completed her restorative yoga teacher training in March, 2014 with Judith Hanson Lasater in Boston, Massachusetts and is a certified Relax and Renew trainer. Since that time, Charlotte has continued to deepen her practice and study yoga by traveling twice to India, the motherland of Yoga, including a stay at the Isha Yoga Ashram in Tamil Nadu, as well as the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. 
Charlotte is married to Scott Andrews (also a lawyer) and together, they have two kids, two dogs, and three cats. 

Lexi Sevario

Instructor, RYT 200

Lexi began practicing yoga to deepen her meditation practice in 2008. She began her practice in Arizona and after moving to Louisiana, she went through a 200 hour teacher training program with Yoga Bliss. Lexi enjoys challenging her students while also making her classes available for everyone, and focuses on helping her students connect with their inner peace through their practice. She also enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with her cats.

Tonia Meeus

Teacher, RYT 200

Tonia is born and raised in Antwerp, in the Flemish part of Belgium, but lived for several years in Malaysia and China before ending up here in Baton Rouge.
After getting degrees in Clinical psychology and Criminological sciences, she worked as a detective at the Antwerp police force for 6 years.

In Baton Rouge, at the YB studio, Tonia discovered her passion for yoga. It was like love at first sight and soon became an important part of her life.
As a mom of 2 kids, Tonia loves teaching kid’s classes in addition to adults.

With a lot of passion and devotion, Tonia is ready to spread her love for yoga to everyone she meets and is continuing her yoga education in our RYT300 program.

Pam Tate

Instructor, RYT 200

Inspired by her mother’s yoga practice, Pam began practicing yoga in 2005. Since then, a third generation of yogis has been added, as two of Pam’s four children now regularly practice yoga. For Pam, the mat is a haven from a busy, modern life, and a place for self-care, healing, and transformation. In 2014, Pam completed teacher training with Kim Matsko at Yoga Bliss. She has been happily teaching ever since and loves sharing yoga with others. Pam hopes that her classes are a place where students feel welcome, where they can be comfortable with exactly where they are in their practice, and where they can find peace through breath and movement. When she’s not doing yoga, Pam is often busy working on her Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, and she enjoys spending time with her family.

Natalie Lenard

Instructor, RYT 200

Natalie became interested in yoga when she moved to Baton Rouge in 2005, taking some studio classes and dabbling in developing a personal practice. When she became a college professor of biology, she realized that the things she knows best are the things she shares with others. In 2013, she decided to deepen her practice by enrolling in teacher training with Kim Matsko at Yoga Bliss. After the wonderful experience of teacher training, she welcomed the opportunity to teach classes at Yoga Bliss. In her classes, she enjoys bringing her knowledge of the human body and making connections with the corresponding yogic concepts. She hopes everyone who attends her classes feels better afterwards than they did when they walked in, both mentally and physically. When not teaching college students or yogis, she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and her Chihuahua.

Joanna Bryant

Instructor, RYT 200

Joanna has been practicing Yoga since 2002 and has been a Registered Yoga Teacher since May 2012. Having received her Bachelor’s degree from LSU in Religious Studies in 2008, her ares of expertise include spiritual philosophy and the ancient wisdom of the Divine Feminine. While she regularly leads classes in standard Hatha yoga, her specialty and passion are in Prenatal Yoga instruction. She received the designation of E-RYT 200 in 2017 and feels honored and blessed for the opportunity to work with the vibrant Baton Rouge yoga community.

Ginger Robichaux


A busy mom, with a culinary background, years of tennis, running, triathlons, and the gym kept Ginger in shape. Her thirst for a holistic, energetic refuel led her to her first power yoga class in 2012. The practice boosted her strength physically, mentally & spirituality.  She visits studios around the country, has completed workshops with Bryan Kest, Baptiste Power Yoga’s Level 1 – 3 and Art of Assisting.

In her dynamic vinyasa style class, Ginger encourages students to explore their edges, work easy, uncover strength, and revitalize spirit. As a teacher, she creates an enjoyable environment for students by building community and bringing something new to every class. With fresh energy, she yokes postures together in a potent and balanced sequence. Ginger strives to help everyone move deeper into their bodies to discover their true potential.

Bruce Williams

Meditation Teacher

My name is Bruce Q. Williams, and I’ll be instructing meditation classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30-8pm! No matter your comfort level with meditation, I’m here to instill confidence in your meditation practice. At age 15, I was introduced to meditation. At age 21, I became more spiritual and patient, and started to practice meditation more routinely. The hardest part of meditation is sitting down, and each meditation practice gets easier. 

Audrey Kafkallides

Instructor, RYT 200

Audrey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at LSU.  She had the pleasure of receiving her 200 hr training from Kim Matsko and Maureen Bosker.  A native of Costa Rica, Audrey has great love for the outdoors and nature. She loves to be and to play outside. Nature brings calmness and serenity to her usual hectic life with 4 sons and a husband. When Audrey began practicing yoga, she discovered that aside from the wonderful way her body felt, it also brought her serenity. So in yoga, she discovered a similar attribute of nature. Audrey loves sharing yoga with everyone she encounters; teaching yogis of every age, from infants to seniors and everyone in between.

Charla Hughes

Instructor, RYT 200

Charla began practicing yoga in high school, and after over a decade of an on-again/off-again relationship with yoga, she found a daily practice at Yoga Elements Studio while living in Bangkok, Thailand. In 2014, she completed her 200-hour teacher training in Koh Samui with The Yoga People (London) and All Yoga Thailand (Bangkok). Since that initial training, Charla has completed courses in Yin and Yogic Arts in Mexico, Warm Vinyasa Flow in Costa Rica, and Tantra and Ayurveda in Nicaragua. Always a student, Charla loves to learn and explore different styles—in fact, off the mat, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in English at LSU. She looks forward to sharing her creativity, humor, and open heart with you in class!

Siddhi Ellinghoven

Guest Instructor, RYT 500

Master Teacher Siddhi Ellinghoven has been teaching in the health and spiritual world for over twenty years. Her training spans the areas of Leadership, Body Centered Psychotherapy, Sensitivity-Meditation, Bio-Energetics, and several lineages of Yoga. She is certified in Kundalini, Naam, and Khalsa PreNatal Yoga. Out of her extensive training and teaching experience, Siddhi founded the Siddhi’s School of Yoga RYS200, co-founded and developed the Sativa Prenatal Teacher Training, founded The Brain Cleanse, and The Yogic Organ Cleanse. These profound healing programs of diet, asana and deep emotional work create a new awakening on every level of body and spirit. Siddhi’s intuitive wisdom, nurturing strength, and joyful sense of humor make her a transformational teacher and powerful healer. As a Master teacher, students and teachers alike have benefited from her programs offered throughout India, South Africa, Canada, Europe and the United States. Siddhi is in gratitude for the guidance of Masters including Osho and Sadhguru, as well as other spiritual teachers, who have supported her path. She is a mother and grandmother and lives in Santa Barbara, California.
