 This class is perfect for those who are new to yoga. It will move slowly and provide detailed alignment instruction so new students can learn the fundamentals of a yoga practice & common poses. This class is a great place to “start”.


A vinyasa flow-style class with the unique touch of each instructor.  It is our most popular class and truly a place where many “levels” of practitioners come together. Modifications are offered as well as more advanced options for those who want to go further. Regardless of where you are in your practice, this class will encourage you to move toward more challenging variations of asanas. 

Some experience is recommended.


A challenging all level class with the touch of each teacher.  The studio will stay between 90-98 degrees for added detoxification and increased flexibility.  This class is not recommended for beginners or those with high blood pressure.  Do your best to be hydrated BEFORE attending class.  Mats & sweat towels available for rent at the front desk if you need one!


Flow through twisting, standing, balancing, and weight bearing postures at a steady slow pace. This practice will leave you feeling stretched out, strengthened, and relaxed.  Great for beginners or those who want to a slower paced class.  However, just because it’s slow, doesn’t mean it's “easy”! 


A gentle restorative class for any level student.  Poses should not work up a sweat.  Mostly seated or lying on back with props. Designed to allow the stress to leave the body and work into the connective tissues and joints to bring a sense of well-being to the body. This class is suitable for those with injuries or just want a gentle moving class.  Try taking restorative then a regular class right after & feel much more open!

Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness, is about connecting with yourself and accepting yourself where you are in the moment.  Learn to uncoil the most powerful force within you through Asanas, Pranayam, Meditation and Chanting. When the breath changes, the body changes, the mind changes and life changes.  You will be guided through kriya (series of postures, breath and sound), relaxation, and meditation while focusing on moving energy through your body.

Ashtanga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009).  It is an in-depth study of the union between mind, body and spirit.  All Yoga Bliss classes are based from this system of yoga.  In this class, Ashtanga will be taught in it's traditional form and is 90 minutes long.  The Ashtanga Primary Series is the beginning level of this system and will be a led class.  Some yoga experience is recommend.


Power Yoga is the use of traditional yoga poses and dynamic sequencing to direct our attention and energies into a higher level of mental and physical practice. This combination of sweat, strength, and spirituality will not only be a "workout" but one that encourages sensitivity to our bodies wherein we work with ourselves instead of against, encouraging growth, transformation and complete health.
Practice takes place in a warm studio. Expect to sweat in this power class!


 Formally called “Mommy & Me” this wonderful class is with an adult to have fun with yoga and their child partner style! If you don’t have a baby, you can always borrow one!


Make time for you and your baby during this special time with strength and grace.  This class provides safe, simple, effective tools and support for a healthy pregnancy.


Even if you think you can't meditate, allow us to prove you wrong! 

Each meditation practice gets easier.   These guided meditation classes will be a 30-minutes each, consisting of 2-3 types of meditation dependent on the teacher.   We are confident these sessions will leave you with a stillness that will aid with sleep, anxiety, and depression.  By clearing the mind you create new possibilities.  If you stick with a meditation practice, you’ll notice an increase in the brain’s gray matter. You’ll find new ways to do old things, without overthinking or being bogged down with the pressures of everyday life.   BOOK A SEAT!


Your yoga practice can greatly improve by doing this a few times a year. During a regular class, the instructor cannot always work individually with a student, so the private session is an opportunity to pick apart your practice and or a great place for a beginner to start. Your regular practice will never be the same! This is available for up to two students at a time.  Rates vary per instructor.
